BORDERLANDS 2 SPOILERS. You have been warned.Anyway, this is sort of vent art after a particularly difficult boss fight. Many feels were felt. (I was already a bit unstable after "The Angels Take Manhattan". Feels multiplied.)
Mordecai has a new voice actor, and I'm not sure how I feel about that. He also appears to have aged a lot more than he should have since the first game (which is why I drew Borderlands 1 Mordecai up there), seeing as it's only been like 5 years and none of the others have changed much. Lilith has a new hairdo, but... nope, not really.

I think the saddest part is when it occurred to me that Bloodwing never got to stick around long enough to meet her son (I'm assuming Talon is hers anyway since it doesn't seem like Mordecai to just go out and replace her otherwise).

This picture makes me sad about Bloodwing. One of the moments in Borderlands which really shocked me and caused inexpressible feelings. But on the other hand this tiny Bloody is really cute :ะท

Also, I think Mordecai became an alcoholic, so he might have aged a bit faster because of it.

I was actually surprised Justin Liebrecht voiced over Mordecai...I thought I'd hear a better voice from him after playing Abel from Street Fighter.

At first I didn't like his new voice but after Bloodwing's death when he stopped being drunk asshole, his voice sounded nice.

Mordecai was 39 in the first game and 44 in the new game. I think that his new model really shows that he became a drunk and I also think his realationship with Bloodwing is awsome because they love each other without dout. I know some pets like Bloodwing don't care about there masters but I think Bloodwing did =J

I think one thing you can blame Mordy's aging on is the fact that he is a drunk, but who knows. Tbh though, I didn't even notice that he is voiced differently, it's not like they talked much in #1 anyways.
