Not that long ago I uploaded a tutorial on how to draw eyes inand one of the viewers asked me about simmilar tutorial, but showing how to draw
style eyes.
So here it is

I don't use SAI, I use Inkscape, and with that said, I was able to adapt very well to this tutorial. Its a great tut.
