~~Edited version that now actually includes all the pages~~So it's been a while. Again. Aaand I doubt many people remember Peach, but this is still a nuzlocke comic and so his death must be remembered. It was at Route 12 actually, I got the Super Rod and the first encounter was a Gyarados of all things. It was at lvl 18 though and I was worried my team would just OHKO it so my plan was to use Peach to put it asleep and do ... something? I can't remember. Not a very good idea, I know that now. Thrash OHKO poor Peach didn't stand a chance. RIP lvl 15 - 15. Then the battle proceeded as here. POison point and confusion became its downfall.
Anyway. I'd like to declare the hiatus over for now. I'm done with my University project and I plan to keep doing that comic, but at a slower pace to give me some time to work on IaHL. Not sure how often I'll update really, as I've just finished the degree and need to take care of my life and somehow also earn money. I'm also going t have to work a little bit to get motivation to actually work on this again. Picking up projects that's been untouched for so long is a bit difficult. As for a long term plan for this comic ... well, I don't want to leave it hanging here. So I'm gonna do my darn best to finish this chapter and AT LEAST 2 more (those would be long chapters btw). After that, I truly cannot say for now.

My favourite part is when the Gyarados slams its head on the ice.

no worries, it's always worth seeing a new update of this, it's one of the few nuzlocke comics i still follow, because it's amazing and worth the wait. i still follow there will always be dragons weekly, and your art and story-telling abilities there just keep getting better (i foresee gwen becoming an asset to our favourite grumpy dragon hunter, if his house doesn't burn down that is). i always look forward to seeing something new from you!

its a happy day today, for i see an update on one of my favorite nuzlockes :]
poor cogito, not very fortunate with friends...i feel really, reaaaaly bad for laughing at the aftermath as cogito explained how she waitd for two hours for Peach, with no result.... thats dark humor there...
also hey! keep us posted on future updates for your dragon comic! i have a tough time keeping track of all the good comics online, and its always great to see it :]

Thanks man, and don't worry about laughing. I had fun drawing these pages for the exact same reason (and it was a nice change of pace between all the sad drama).

OMG I don't care how slow this is, seeing a new page alone is amazing!
I sure hope we get to see some closure for it... even if you eventually decide to not go all the way to the League, you can at least wrap up the story some other way, somehow. Doesn't have to be a happy ending, it's still better than just dropping it without any sort of closure 
Also, poor Robin. Such poor luck with Bellsprout liners.

Yeah, I totally agree. That's why I said 2 more chapter at least, because that's what I would need to wrap things up in a way I would be all right with. Will probably still take a few years though. x'D And thanks. I still find it hard to believe people hang onto this after all this time. c:

Well of course they do, your story is rather unique, in both protagonist and development.
If you decide to wrap it up earlier though, I'm totally going to nag you via Note just to hear what your original intended ending was. Because I'm curious
