Description
I'm actually pretty happy with this one. Painting lava was so much fun and I'm pretty satisfied with the salt textures on the statues. The scanner killed it a bit as always though. :cAnyway, the Fire temple was the first one I managed to beat as a grown up Link (I retreated there when the Forest Temple became to scary). It's ... not really too memorable though. Probably because there was nothing frustrating elements in it. Except maybe when you accidently talked to the Gorons you were freeing, instead of opening the little chest. It did have a totally kickass boss though!
Oh, yeah ... those fake doors that would smack you when you tried to open them, they were pretty annoying too.
Wanna see the other temples? They are right here.

This is really cool! Love how Volvagia's there swiming in the lava while Link's watching from the bridge. So cute! Reminds of the manga where Link and Volvagia were friends.
Faving!

Thanks for asking, but no.Β If you want to use someone else's work you need to buy the rights or commish them and I'm not doing any of that at the moment.
Also, regarding credits - you don't need to ask about it because you must ALWAYS credit the artist, no exceptions.Β

I love the detail of Volvagia swimming around in the lava all serpent like
After reading the comic, I could never face him again... Always had my brother do it for me while I waited outside ;3;

I had the same exact experience. I played as a 7 year old and I breezed through most of the dungeons but my first Wall Master encounter (the guys that drop from the ceiling) made me have nightmares. not wanting to go through that again I beat the Fire Temple and Water Temple but I still wouldn't touch the Forest Temple... my babysitter eventually beat it for me and I only stopped again at the Shadow Temple only to not touch the game for a couple years and then beat it.

The lava in here---is just beautiful.
Also I love that you've got Volvagia all swimming around in it. That's creepy-awesome. That boss was so fun.

The spinning dancers sucked. By the way I love the border on this, and the fact that Volvagia is swimming in the lava.

Stunning!
My favourite boss was actual Volvagia, I am so impressed by how you've drawn him.
Such beautiful colours. Once again, just amazing at watercolour!

Thank you! And yes, Volvagia was one of the better bosses in OoT (and one of the coolest, though I always thought his eyes were weird).

Well, you can actually beat the fire temple before the forest one. xD That's what I did.

Sweeeeet. This looks really great. The thing I like best about it is the border; to me, it says that this picture is not just another picture of the Fire Temple, it's, like, a... hmm... an overall review. Like, this is what the Fire Temple is.
(I'm confused, too. It's a hard thing to describe, lawl.)
Did you use watercolor? I've only tried salt texture with that. It comes off very rustic here, which is very cool.

No, I get exactly what you mean. To catch what the temples are is my goal with this project, and the borders are there to make it even clearer.
Yep, watercolours. I've never tried it with anything else either.

Aw, man, that must be the most sucky moment in Zelda history. Worst part is that I always forget about them everytime I get to the temple. xP
And thank you. I'm pretty happy with Volvagia too.
