Bautiful cluster. Has dust from Iceland anything to do with astrophotography?

Thanks mate! I haven't noticed any difference in sky since the dust cloud made the news. Although, there was a sulphur smell in the air the other night.. Or maybe it's just the air pollution around where I live. You noticed anything since the eruption?

Not really, maybe sun sets(rises) slightly more red. But it's nothing in comparison to sunset in St. PEtersburg where I could see horison line due to dust pollution...

Pretty decent considering all the difficulties endured capturing the image.
You also managed to capture the faint fuzzy at the lower left quite clearly as well.
Cheers.

Hehe yes It was brilliant - made things simple for simple people like me
Professor Brian Cox is doing a public lecture in Manchester this week, on the same sort of stuff that he covered in the show, and I managed to get a ticket
I'm rather excited
Perfect excuse for a revision break methinks

Oh really!! No way, that'll be so cool. I wish I knew that was happening I've been to a couple of lecture days at a 'space centre' at a place called Seacombe, just opposite Liverpool. There were some right boffins giving lectures there! It was really good. Well, you'll have a great time. I didn't know you were that interested in this geeky stuff
