Merry Christmas y'all.I just realised that everytime I do a holiday submission, it ends up being a DBZ one. I'm obsessed with DBZ again though, so everything is DBZ and nothing hurts.
My submission for Christmas contest.
I jumped on the OC bandwagon and drew (a slightly older) kid Trunks with Shouri, my OC in the case that Goten was born a girl. [In my mind she's a female Saiyan that actually has some talent, strength and class]. They are twirling candy canes in their mouths. Did anyone else do this as a kid?

This is really interesting :3 I didn't imagine Goten as a girl and I think she looks awesome (= She kinda reminds me of Videl, without the ponytail of course (= Goten makes for a cute girl xD And you're not the only one who twirls Candycanes in your mouth haha Good luck~

Yes! Because after the Buu Saga, what did he DO? I mean, even Trunks had a role in GT, and before the Buu saga he was Mirai Trunks. Anything Toriyama wanted in Goku's son was put into Gohan. There was more potential for him if he were a girl - otherwise more potential in Bra or Pan if they weren't made out to be so weak and annoying. (I guess you could say I resent the fact that the female Saiyans were given no chance - in fact, most of the (fighting) girls became backdrop characters - Chi Chi, Videl, 18... Thank goodness the smart girl had a purpose). Wouldn't you agree?

Yeah I totally agree. I never really thought about that. Toriyama really didn't put that much into Goten. It would have been better if he was a girl that way he would have his own kind of story in a way. Good point!
