I didn't really think of much of a background for this character. I'm not much of a drinker, but I know that tequila is supposed to be a Mexican drink made with the agave cactus...which I remember to be bluish in color. I wanted to make her ponytail spiky, too, but there wasn't an option for that.

And, thanks to for the idea about the thick-soled shoes.
