Idk; the census includes the entry "other languages" (380 people in Istria), perhaps they're included there.
Or maybe they have declared themselves natives of a similar language (Italian and Romanian).
However, in both cases it is very few people

Non sarebbe meglio segnalare il dialetto di Erto, Casso e Cimolese con le strisce orizzontali come hai fatto negli altri casi di dialetti di transizione?

In realtà le strisce orizzontali le ho usate per dialetti con forti influenze da altri idiomi, ma che avessero una lingua "di partenza" e una lingua "influenzatrice" abbastanza certe (e quasi sempre coinvolgono lingue abbastanza simili tra loro).
Un colore a parte l'ho usato anche per Veneto-ladino, Massese e Tarantino (casi meno certi, e tra dialetti più distanti tra loro).
Certo, potrei usare sempre le strisce orizzontali, ma ci sarebbe più lavoro da fare XP. Più seriamente, i dialetti di Erto e Cimolais in particolare (quello di Casso è più un veneto molto arcaico) sono un mix imprecisato di ben tre lingue diverse, quindi a strisce verrebbe un po' un casino.

As I probably told you in the past, I want to make a map of all the languages in Europe, now in your map is seems like the entirety of Lombardy speaks Lombard, but according to Ethnologue, there are 3,600,000 speakers in Italy while in the region of Lombardy there are 10,000,000 inhabitants...

This is because many people in Italy speak only Italian standard, and not other languages (I excluded Italian standard in this map). In Lombardy, less than 50% of the population speaks a second language.

non è sbagliato dire che il mentonasco non sia più ligure, tuttavia le tracce del ligure sono ancora ben individuabili, in effetti si tratta di un dialetto che possiamo definire tranquillamente di passaggio tra ligure e occitano, soprattutto a Sospello, Molinetto e Castiglione, dove l'influenza intemellia è molto forte ^^

This map show the percentage of bilingualism in each region. The Lombardy is populated, but relatively few people speak Lombard.

The romanesco (dialect of Rome) is just one dialect (spoken only in Rome).
