Yep. Another tutorial. Of a short, random, simple effect, using the same pic as my previous tut. Cos that's just what I can make right now in these busy holidays.....you know what I meant by busy

Well, there should be lots of tutorials around DA about the basics of Photoshop. The main ones for this tips'd be how to use filters, change blending mode and magic wand. Honestly I don't think it'd take so much time to learn them all
