Hey, was wondering if putting some more greaseproof paper on top then a thick tray, would that stop them from curling or distorting? And and, do you know what would be best to paint onto them with?

But as for the paint, I used acrylics and they worked fine ;)
Just be sure to do a quick, thin first coat of color beforehand so all the crumbs set in before you actually paint it :)
(Same rules of frosting cakes, btw)

Depends but it should be done within 24~48 hours :)

unless of course you put sugar or something into it!
Insects (like ants) actually hate cinnamon. They run away from it
