Well, that's true about a year ago, but now I think I'm new raindropmemory,(after study master at graphic design), focus on more graphic style, tackle on serious theme such as social critic or about human emotion, etc.
and much much less kawaii if possible!

and now i declare that your style is really changed after time passed
"...focus on more graphic style, tackle on serious theme such as social critic or about human emotion, etc." --> that is good things to do and i know your feeling after you studied about graphic design 'cause i am a graphic design student (on five semesters right now)
"and much much less kawaii if possible!" --> well, honestly i feel manga style still conquer our style, right? btw i know an awesome artwork about character design with nice layout and color, here it is [link] (just wanna to give an inspiration for you)

Will do! I've drawn a square with a round head elephant. Then, an orange-like dog. There's more to come!

Your tutorials are very helpful. I really enjoy your work, and I think is very cool from you to do them. It shows that you're not interested only in appreciation of your work as an illustrator, but you can teach us your techniques too!
Thanks a LOT!
I love your work

Heh, nice.
But I disagree with your first statement, that many people are afraid of creating original designs because they won't be accepted. A lot of people are also afraid that it'll turn out that their design has already been used for something, and it'll accidentally seem like their copying.
At least it is for me.

This is a lot like what I think of art already, and it's an important concept, thanks for showing this to the dA world. :>

I see why this go a DD!
Even though its a basic tutorial it helps a lot. One doesn't really think of changing the shape of characteristics of something to make it different.
Anyway, this tutorial gives me the confidence to draw what I want how I want!
