To start with, I should apologies for the lack of context on my previous report. I was unaware that our liaison from the United Nations Security Council would be reviewing these cases personally. As such, I will briefly go over the objectives of our organization, followed by the main subject of this report.
The United Nations Integral Task Force - Extradimensional (UNITE) is a top secret division of the United Nations Security Council formed in collaboration with the Government of the United States of America. In the advent of the first large shadow beast attack on American soil, we became aware that monsters from beyond our world existed. And should another attack occur, we need to be ready. Our objective is the containment and/or elimination of all extradimensional/paranormal beings that breach into our world, as well as ensuring that such events remain hidden from public eye.
Over course of the next following weeks I will be putting together a series of reports to help better understand the nature of a unique group of individuals called the Neu Family. These reports are based on first-hand experiences by myself, as well as intelligence gathered from the field.

In the past four years since our formation, UNITE has successfully contained over two hundred different beings and eliminated many more. But till this day, one entity that continues to evade our grasps is the extradimensional being known as Magilily.
Code-named ‘Solar Witch’, she first appeared on our radar about five years ago, when a Mobile Sensor Array (MSA) detected an electromagnetic reading similar to those released by a shadow beast when it forms in our world. The personnel deployed to investigate were shocked to find out that she was the source of such an energy reading. After all, most shadow beasts tend to be barely human, and aggressive. Instead they were greeted by an uncouth preteen girl, clad in ornate attire. It was from that day on, that Magilily would become the bane of any Agent or Enforcer who crossed her path. As testament to that, more than ten agents have taken up the Solar Witch case with little success.
What current information we have on her can be broken down into the following:

Name
- Magilily Neu. Due to her chatty nature, many agents who were in charge of her case are aware of her first name. It was only after I took over the case that I discovered the significance of her last name.
Gender

- Female

Age

- She is presumably between the ages of 13 – 15 years old. Do not be fooled by her appearance. She is more than capable of fending her own.

Appearance

- Her tanned skin and regal attire gives the impression that she is of Egyptian origin. Whether or not this is true has yet to be determined.

- Sports dark brown hair which ends in gold highlights. The gold highlights glow whenever she exhibits her powers.

- Has gold colored eyes that are marked with dark blue eye liner, and appears to be missing a tooth.

Personality

- An absolute wildcard, Magilily lives by the moment and never seems to have a plan in mind. It is this reckless nature is what usually signals us to her presence in the first place. Wild monster on the loose? Check. Strange anomalies in the area? Got to be her.

Powers and Abilities

• Superhuman endurance

- Magilily is shown taking illogical amounts of damage only to shrug it off moments later. During a particular operation, a fire charge equipped Enforcer was able to reduce her to pile of ash (and two eyeballs), only for her to pop back to normal moments later, irritated, but no worse for wear.

• Energy blasts and spells

- Magilily is able to conjure energy bolts of varying elements and properties. The damage caused by these attacks can vary depending on how well she channels her powers

- Her spells function differently from her energy attacks, and are mostly used on a wide area of effect. I have personally witnessed explosive sunflower seeds raining from the sky, to earth shattering crystal pillars rupturing from the ground, just to name a few.

- A few of her spells are ‘joke’ spells designed to distract and taunt her foes. Most infamously: the Magic Pie Missile.

• Teleportation via portals

- Possibly her greatest ability. Magilily is capable of teleportation, simply by creating portals. Most often used as a means of getting around or for summoning beings from beyond our world. It is this ability alone that has made her the center of UNITE’s attention. More details will be elaborated below.

Other Known Abilities

[Flight] Magilily is able to defy gravity by generating a small twister beneath her, though she has been seen floating around without using this skill at times. Often use as a form of quick mobility, or for escaping.

[Telekinesis] Magilily is shown to have a certain degree of telekinesis. Supposedly she has trouble lifting anything larger than an average person. She once tried to disable a tank by flipping it, but after a minute of trying to no avail, she just gave up and blasted it out of the way instead.

[Shapeshifting] She can take the form of numerous creatures either as a disguise, or as another method of escaping. Can also be used as an offensive form.

[Troll] Not literally. Magilily will often gain the advantage by taunting and distracting foes. Some of her spells are specifically designed for this very purpose.

As mentioned earlier, Magilily’s greatest ability is that she is to create portals. These portals can be conjured to allow for travel over great distances in an instant. In some cases, the portal could even bring you to a completely different dimension (something many an unwilling Agent/Enforcer found out). It should be noted that these portals emit an electromagnetic signature similar to a shadow beast fissure, albeit on a much smaller scale. This energy reading is unique to hers, and normally too small to be picked up by the ERIS satellite network, but can be detected by a MSA if one happens to be deployed in the region.

Finding her is the easy part though. Catching her on the other hand proves to be a near impossible feat. As her powers have grown, so has her proficiency to use these portals in combat. Nowhere was this more evident than during Operation Ion Storm.

On [DATE REDACTED], a MSA deployed in Great Lakes City, Michigan, picked up her portal energy reading in the downtown sector. After an evacuation alert was given, I was sent in with the escort of several UNTD-01A Hermes attack drones.

Magilily proved to be a difficult adversary. In the span of fifteen minutes, the girl had already downed five of our drones while using the interior of buildings as cover. Whenever our drones got a lock on her she would use her portals to teleport from one building to another. This proved disadvantages for our VTOL drones flying in a tight urban setting as their artificial intelligence could not formulate a counter-strategy. Fly too low, and she could get the jump on them. Fly too high, and she would have plenty of cover. With the situation growing desperate, I was authorized to deploy our newest drone prototype onto the battlefield.

Unlike the contemporary Hermes, the UNTD-01BX ‘Firefly’ variant was equipped with the D-24 direct energy emission gun. The results were phenomenal as we finally had her on the run. The Firefly was able to effectively track her location while its powerful energy weapon tore through buildings with little effort. This meant that it could maintain a safer flight altitude without compromising its lethality. Magilily knew she could not beat the Firefly in this situation and temporarily fled the area.

When the Firefly eventually located her, it was at a parking lot – a wide open area with nowhere to hide. There she was smirking at the drone with that all too annoying grin of hers. I gave the order, and the drone fired; sending a crimson beam straight at her. Just as it seemed like it would be the last of the Solar Witch, she suddenly cast a portal right in front of her. The beam entered it and was redirected out of another portal which spawned right underneath the Firefly. The shot burnt right through its left wing detonating one of it stored missiles. I watched as the thirty five million dollar prototype plummeted to the ground in a fiery explosion, signaling my cue to retreat.

You can see now why Magilily is placed so high on the UNITE wanted list. In my book, the worst kind of enemy is the kind which you do not know their intentions. Till this day, no one knows what the true motivations for her actions are, potentially making her one of the most dangerous Neu sisters out there. Ever since her discovery, we have seen a sharp increase in anomalies, no doubt attributed by her. If nothing is done, her irresponsible usage of power could potentially bring more damage and unwanted beings into our true and blue world.

I initially believed she was acting on her own in her misadventures. But as stated at the beginning of my report, she is affiliated with other like-minded individuals as herself. While their threat ratings may vary, one thing is for certain: until her powers and intentions are fully understood, Magilily cannot be allowed to walk freely on our world.

The misadventures continues! This time round I decided to experiment with a more traditional report style.

Something to note is that while doing up this piece I completely forgot that Magilily already has her own unique mobile phone , but I was not about to redraw the one thing that always gets me: hands. Just think of it as the model she used before getting the Tri-phone. Another change I made was her portal design. I was not sure how to properly replicate the design, so I tried my own take on it by giving it a sort-of molecularly unstable vibe.

Oh, and I still suck at drawing clouds.

Anyway, the next entry will be a two-parter! Thats right, because a single entry wont do justice for our next unique individual. Stay tuned!
