Description
A re-color and edit of my previous Microhero and TMNT fanon character, Giger Van Gogh. The idea came to me during one night of playing Heroclix where I had one of my TMNT Heroclix equip the Venom Symbiote, and the inspiration later evolved into an idea which occurred in a roleplay chatroom which serves as an alternate universe to the City of Shadows universe, this being the Spyradion Universe which takes place in a medieval fantasy setting where Giger Van Gogh was displaced into a different realm thanks to a malfunction with the Utrom's transmat device... And he wound up bonding with a Symbiote that also arrived to this primitive world via a meteorite, and ultimately chose the Turtle as a host. So, there are two Giger Van Gogh's out there, both existing in parallel universes to each other-- this is the AU version.

This was a relatively easy Microhero to make. All I had done was simply take my pre-existing Giger Van Gogh microhero, adjusted the hue and coloring saturation on GIMP to make the microhero a dark shade to were it was almost black. Then, I took the original Giger Van Gogh's accessories such as the scarf and the bandana tied around the arm and applied them onto the black recolor. Originally, I tried going for a mouthless appearance to give it that Symbiote Spider-Man look but it didn't work so well with a TMNT character, so I looked for open source parts from a Venom template, resized it and adjusted the width to make it fit the jaw area.

For what it's worth, I think this is the closest to seeing a good Symbiote bonded Turtle character in Microhero format for my roleplay character, or rather the Spyradion universe version of that character. You can find the original and prime version of Giger Van Gogh at:
