Description
Video at: [link]Since I had some requests to share any methods I learned. This video is very basic but all the info is there. This just tells you how to get a good solid color base from a grayscale painting. This method works for anything, any skintone, any object etc.
This method (or any method really) is best if you colorize a grayscale painting BEFORE you have "finished" it. As in, before you've added all your super refined detail and texture etc.
I'll likely make a better version of this later, once I've refined the method a bit but...yeah.
If you enjoy this please comment and let me know what you think.

This is by far the best method I've ever seen for changing colors in digital monochrome underpaints. Thanks.

You're very welcome.
It makes sense. I'm glad because personally I think my voice is a little annoying. I slur way too much and I think I sound like a 12 year old.XD

::wail:: Sorry. I don't know what went wrong. My mic and the recording software were up as loud as it would go. But...ah you know I used my front mic plugin...maybe it's better in the back...I think I'll try another version of this later and try to correct the sound.

Nice! ^^ I was one of those who requested the tutorial.
You show off the technique very well and you clearly explain what you are doing etc. However, the audio is a bit low,so I had to really strain to hear what you said

Yeah I don't know what happened with the audio. My mic was up all the way and I was talking fairly loud. I have to fix that somehow...
