I don't think they do cause last I recall they breed through their own cloning technology. And somebody didn't tell Dalek Zorg here that and now he thinks he's a Dalek Penelope.

i thought so, but i know little about the original daleks, i can't find anywhere to watch the classic dr who episodes, only clips
