I thought it might be fun to create a size comparison chart for some of our favorite multi-person spaceships from Star Wars, Space 1999, and Star Trek. I found some of the comparative sizes pretty eye-opening.Related content

Yes, it certainly would! The list of "additions ships" that I'd like to include on this page is a very long one! But only so many ships will fit on a page. One ship that I really wanted to squeeze onto this page is the Mandalorian Kom'rk-class (Gauntlet) Fighter. They call it a "fighter," but it is HUGE! Even the smaller version of it utterly dwarfs the Millennium Falcon. If I had included it, I would've had to bump 5 other ships off of the page! Thanks for the great comment!

It's not just you. I have heard people make similar observations before. Still others have commented that it sort of looks like a Romulan Bird of Prey too!

I dunno, they have done some pretty unholy things to aircraft in real life to get some job done. Granted, these were by trained professionals under controlledish conditions...but...
I'm afraid I'm unfamiliar with the Gozanti ship, I am familiar with West End Games though. I never thought of the ship mods in books such as Tramp Frieghters to be too out there. Remember, in real life there are 80 some year old DC-3s with fairly modern turbo prop engines, not to mention passels of semi trucks from the 70s and 80s still on the road (more due to SAE standards being enforced for larger commercial trucks).
That said, I always did wonder a bit at the notion of people who are probably no more clever with their technology than I am with mine would be cool with modifying ships dependent on various forms of nuclear reactors. I've worked with equipment using medium pressure steam....It's really easy to hurt yourself really bad if you're not careful and know what you're doing.
