I know, we usually see the Venator in the traditional red paint scheme of the Republic. That's all well and good, but I think it looks better in "Mandalorian blue." In my headcanon, Mandalore purchases a number of Venator II class ships for its fleet. The Venator II looks like a traditional Venator, but all of its major systems and technologies have been dramatically upgraded, (better engines, weapons, shields, armor, materials, etc.) It builds on the strengths of the original design, but addresses and fixes all of the shortcomings of the original.
