Part 2 of round 4, in the sparring match between me and my OC, Scythe Mana.

RIght from the last one, I got hit with a nasty left cross, and Scythe is lining up a right hook as a follow up. He launches his payload, expecting to feel the bells ringing in my head. The hook connects... not with my head, but with my left glove! As I begin to open my eyes, I wondered as to how ... and why that happened- I was hit hard and stunned, for sure, yet here, that hook was blocked without a thought-
