Hey, guys! I'm back - or at least I'll try to be as much as possible. More about that in a journal later.
So about this picture.
I think I've seen five, maybe six days of snow this winter (so far) so I've not had many photo ops since November. This photo is from a short 24 hour window of white, lovely snow.
The cats like snow. They love to play in it, but their paws get cold, which is why they usually hold one up in the air when they're not moving around. It looks quite sweet, but then Tintin made this pose and it was hilarious. I'm happy I caught it on camera.

Yes, it's Tintin. 
He's so fluffy during the winter and his fur becomes a darker shade of orange so he does look different compared to what he looks like the rest of the year.

He's always got orange on his chin though, but he turns a bit more ginger blonde-ish during the summer so it doesn't show as much.

Climate changes. I live on the west coast. Winter is dominated by storms, rain and hail and even freak thunder showers nowadays. Snow has sadly become quite rare where I live. :/

He has the biggest and fluffiest paws out of all my cats, but he really doesn't like to get them cold. It's so sweet.

I wish I could adopt a cat. ;w; My parents are allergic, tho. XD My mom's also slightly allergic to horse, too, so that just makes everything more complicated.

Totally! But man, I'll have to get my own place and stuff. Gonna be a lot of money, and I really don't want to take in a cat without having definite financial support. Plus, that's in like.... four years before I move out of home. But then I'll be in a dorm, so... XD

That's a really responsible way of thinking though. I thought like that myself because the worst thing I could imagine was getting a cat (ahem, turned into four cats) and then having to give it away just because I couldn't afford to keep.

Or even worse if I couldn't afford food or veterinary bills for my kitty! Getting them spayed and neutered also is very important. I suppose having animals is a bit like having kids- best not to even consider them if you're definitely not ready.

And I totally agree. Having your cats spayed and neutered are very important but if everything goes well the cats won't have to go to the vet very often. The vet bills can become a nightmare if someone gets sick or injured though. You never know so it's best to be ready.
Very much like having kids, yes.
I read somewhere that a cat can be like an average 3-year-old human in terms of intelligence so... Yeah, sometimes I feel like I'm the mother of four really crazy 3-year-olds that speak an entirely different language than me and they've somehow decided that they will try to tear the house down by running around like a horde of baby elephants. But that's also a lot of fun. I wouldn't want to be without them.

Totally! I've helped at a cat rescue with my friend numerous times before. Most of them are kittens or elderly cats. It makes me sad to see how people don't spay or neuter their pets then dump the kittens on the streets. :/
I have two doggehs. ;3 They've got some really cute and unique personalities! I swear my big dog understands English, but the little dog is a total little circus performer. She figured out how to open doors... XDĀ

I love how you take such beautiful candid photographs with most of your cats going like, "Huh?" the moment you snap the picture. It's quite hilarious (and pretty)! XD
