Q2. Some of the countries names reminds me of (insert IRL nations here)/why some of them sounds stupid?

This question continues to elude me:
Is the FCU a singular country (if so where, and how large) or actually a union of countries to the east of San Salvacion and Erusea? If the latter, then how would that explain the divisions between what are supposed to be the northern and southern territories that led to the Usean Rebellion of 1998?

I'm half courious about how you picked out countries that don't have solid locations?

Some countries' articles on the wiki do tell you the 'estimate' location and geographical situation and I just go roll with it. The rest though, I just follow the other fan-made Strangereal maps.
