Personality:
Tal doesn't really change much of her act whether it's on or off camera, the only difference being how much she talks. She's so wrapped up with making her first video a big hit to match her fame as a Musician that she's not really taking much time to smell the roses. Normally Tal would be thrilled to be in a Library but with her eyes glued to her smartphone, it's hard to see it for herself. She's incredibly charismatic which matches quite well with her glib witticisms and stealthy sarcasm. She tends to speak whatever she's thinking from having to fill her camera-time up with a stream of consciousness and doesn't have any concept of a filter. This has developed into something of a problem, causing her to not notice when she's vocalizing whatever dumb thought passes through her head.

Powers:
Tal's Shield is a unique frequency of sound that's completely impenetrable to any outside attack. As long as she's holding a note, her shield will hold against even her own explosions and its range can be tuned with a change in pitch. It even turns off any accidental bombs she set too close to herself. She can hold a note for about a minute if she were in real trouble because she can't set any bombs out while sustaining the shield. This is where music comes into play, forcing her enemies into a rhythm to let her alternate between attack and defense as well as valuable breathing time.
Tal controls sound waves and is still learning to master her technique. She can use sound to do a lot of pretty mundane things and uses it with surprising precision since even small bursts are miniature explosions of amplified sound. She's also gotten quite good at hearing things out, using her constant chatter to create a sonar map of her surroundings or focusing it into people to listen for irregular heartbeats.

Weaknesses:
Besides the fact Tal's trying to film a show and not fight a battle?
Her bombs have a fatal flaw. They are negated by opposing soundwaves. This means that if you make exactly the same amount of noise as her when she's setting her bombs, you can pop all of her bubbles harmlessly.
Tal tends to vocalize a lot of things she shouldn't. If it's something important, she's bound to talk about it at some point when she is reminded of it. She'll have the thought but not realize her mouth was moving at the same time as she blurts out the password to the vault.

She prefers swimming to walking. She HATES stairs and ladders, even taking strides to go around them if she can.

Tal welcomes Fox along, forcing him to join in on the commentary so she can get a few seconds to stop talking to herself. She almost welcomes his abrasive behavior, especially when she records his reactions to various modern-day technologies. She's spent a few months wandering the Oceans of her homeworld alone and is just happy to be talking to anyone who won't tell her to shut up. She doesn't take anything he says very seriously at all, happy to overtalk him whenever she gets bored of the conversation.
