See what time I'm posting this? Oh yeah. Three a.m. XD Don't take it personally if it disappears tomorrow, when I get on here on go O.. M.. G...! What was I even thinking!?Anyway.
This is Glorfindel, and the title - fearless and full of joy is Tolkien's description of him, and has there ever been a better, more succinct description of anything?

I've read the Lord of the Rings; what I haven't read is the Silmarillion, or the Unfinished Tales, and those two are the Hardcore Ones, where you find all the stuff about elves. One of these days! Until then.. elves are a pain to draw, and you'll never get it right anyway, I've discovered; there's always someone immediately piping up to say, 'This isn't how I picture Glorfindel, but oh well...' That's ok, though. *G*

Amazing coloring. I love the paint look of it and you captured elvish glow spectacularly. This will forever be my mental image of Glorfindel.

In all seriousness, though, I love the background, and I think the lovely gold color of his hair and skin make the blue of his eye absolutely gorgeous. I was really hoping that you would color this picture, and, now that you have, I am really impressed~!

lolz no problem, when i'm tired you'd be afraid of what i do (once i was eating breakfast, and grabbed my watch instead of the toast next to it. i then began to try to eat my watch O_o)
