Edit-the-also, and I promise that I won't do this again, THIS is a pic of it with the varnish on. Makes a difference, non?
Acrylic and silver leaf and two kahelelani shells on Claybord, 24" x 36" (Did you know that kahelelani are the only shells insurable as a gem? I didn't! The shells were a gift. That's a story for another day, however.
)And a bit of red paper.
Probably a cat hair. Possibly a *me* hair, I am a messy painter.
I might have to run around in circles for a bit, if that wouldn't bother anyone too badly?

I really cannot find the words to describe the effect this picture had on me and how much I adore it! I can really tell you put a lot of effort and time into this and I must say it's paid of: this painting is gorgeous! The way you drew both the wolf and man was very good! I love the man's eyes (well the one that's visible 
Also this DD was much deserved and I hope this piece can get the recognition it deserves!

Oh my goodness, so gorgeous! Really breath-taking. For me, the expressions in both subjects are very intriguing. The man's expression is very: "Oh-ho, look at me in my shirtless masculinity" and the wolf is more thinking along the lines of: "
