So I set myself a challenge, to see if I could, *gestures*, all with the ridiculous amount of detail. I shan't show you the image that I liked to much that I issued myself the challenge, because I didn't get all that close, and drove myself half mad in the bargain.If you love me at all, please do fullview it. I'll love you for it. I'll send you cookies.

I looked at this, and felt the dang emotion. It's overwhelming honestly haha
The emotions I get from this are desperation, sadness, pain, and loads of love. The way that they look into each others eyes show so much!
also, the orange is a lovely warm color! It's very pretty

This makes me think of a story I read a long time ago about the sun searching for his fallen lover, the moon... but genders reversed. But wow, this is lovely... I like how there's so much potential for any kind of story and magic here

The textures that you put in her hair just give her a breathtaking otherworldly look. And I love the attention you gave to the muscles in his forearm! I can feel the same thing the man must be feeling- that she is like a goddess to him. Like maybe that's what he sees when he sees his true love. This image is absolutely gorgeous!

*fave'd* ... Tender expressions showing infinite mutual regard. And not just in their faces, though those are exquisite, but also in their reaching arms.
Anyone driving themselves to overcome the eternal gap between minds, as they're doing, can easily become "half mad." As you became in portraying them. It's the human condition β we put ourselves behind barriers.
I'd like to think that the rising lights are an allusion to their growing knowledge or affinity β or love. Whether they're meant that way or not, all I know is that this is sexier and more passionate than many couples shown "in the clinch."

Oh I know, bringing facial expressions and feelings across is so damn hard *sigh* but that's the challenge I guess.
No it's not egoistic, everyone needs a little appreciation for the things they worked hard to accomplish.
