Description
The original version of this: From the Dust [link] is a print quality work just over six feet long and available for sale from Pixelprintz.Considering the fact that 2'x6' is just a tad large for many people I've decided to offer this smaller cropped version both from my main publisher (Pixelprintz) and also from DAPrints.
It actually looks pretty good cropped down- somewhat surprising...

I wanted to get the print, but something bugs me. It looks like you have tried to cover up the lower jaw with that piece of mud.. the jaw edge looks undefined from a distance.

Very good job, the ground and skull couldn't be better but the rose is modeled a little weird. Either way I love the concept and the render / texturing.

Very well cropped peice, keeping the best parts. The original was stunning but this works very well too, seems to focus more on what you were thinking at the planning stage.

Wow! The textures look great-I especially like the cracked ground, altho the rainbow-y color on it looks odd to me. The shadows are nice too-it feels very much like a hot morning in the desert.

a classic theme: life from death. the various views superimposed on one another are a great technique to draw attention to the important elements. i'm sure the print version will sell like hotcakes.
