If "every time" you turn off your mature content filter you see what you believe to be pornography then chances are your definition of pornography differs and is much broader than that which our moderation staff uses. Our faq outlines exactly what content will be removed as pornographic and our moderation staff does that consistently when such material comes to their attention,Β

Why isn't pocily on art theft enforced as people might begin to sue or get founder of dA in court as some of theses thefts are making money off of others work and that dA is now a unsafe website because now art theft is allowed like editing peoples work and calling it theirs when plagiarism of their ideas.

Judging on the way you act such as loafing around and staring around on your computer while the members suffer from art theft, I do not think so. As if we all believe that you support the DA Policy and could continue on with our lives, I strongly disagree with that.

Hmmm. as I am currently working in an IT project, my task is researching the different understandings and definitions of the term "policy" from legal and from IT point of view. Hence I know of the apparently endless possibilities for misunderstandings in respect to this word even though you meant it possibly in just one way.
