Description
Well, Nothing really new here. This is just a slightly retouched and cleaned up submission of my original Leopard from late last year.
I made a few alterations to the neck and shoulder area, the eye and also darkened up the shadows around the mouth and teeth in preparation for submitting this to DAPrints.
Comments and Suggestions are always welcomed.

Thank you. It's an old one but definitely one of my better ones.
I sometimes long for the time to pick up a pencil again and sketch like this.

Love this - has to be a fave Beautiful work - there is something very satisfying with pencil work, isnt there - I always worked in pencil at one time then moved to pastels - another love of my life

i can't believe this was created with fingers. Art like this boggles my mind. I usually just dabble in things, and post my different dabbles along with happy memories. If i ever worked that hard on something i'd be afraid to post it because i wouldnt want bad critiques!
anyway, it's incredibly lifelike.

Thanks.
The original pencil drawing was cleaned up a bit but 95% of what you see here is the original drawing.

Isn't that a Jaguar?
The whiskers are larger then the leopards are really and the rosettas and the facial features. Oh well great pic!

The dark patches in he background were done with an HB pencil.

This was actually a scanned pencil drawing which was then touched up in Photoshop. You could probably come close to replicating it with a good pressure sensitive tablet but it's difficult to capture the whole graphite/paper interaction digitally.

Wow, this is really beautiful, you captured the likeness of the leopard really well!! The mouth/teeth are really well done, and so are the many spots(they look realistically placed and work with the shading on the fur)...but I especially admire how you did the whiskers, which can be hard since they are a light color on a light background. Great job!!

Just letting you know that I just purchased a print of this deviation. Figured I'd let you know because I always want to be notified about who purchases my prints.
Thank you so much for providing me with a wall decoration! It was totally worth buying.

Wow that is just stunning. The level of detail you acheive in your drawings is just mind boggling. The yellowing really adds the sense of color. Digging it.
