Howdy!One thing I have always had trouble with is capturing peoples likeness with my style. It's real hit or miss usually, and some faces just tend to lend themselves better to be 'cartoonised'...
Anyway, I agreed to take the Bob challenge and see what I could come up with. This is the result. I like it, and I think even though it isnt a great likeness, you can still have a good guess at who it is supposed to be. I call him Bob and I'm a fan.

EDIT: I lightened his skin up just slightly as Bob was indeed a little lighter than I originally had him. Thanks for the suggestions!

He looks a little evil...but overall, it's the best Bob Marley artwork I've seen on DeviantArt yet. It seems that many people rely on photos to draw Bob Marley. I understand why (Bob Marley is a difficult portrait to draw), but it's nice to see a drawing that isn't based off of an easily recognizable photo. Good job!

yeah...well, I have been taking all the sketches to the finished level now and everyone gets their original art with a colour print. I may as well while I have time!
