It looks like a german tornado but they probably captured it since it's flying with MiG's and it has Soviet Union marks. Great job!!!!

I was in Moscow two days ago, and saw this power..
There is one place, a former aerodrome, where this steel birds are staying for a 10 years, they became rusty, dilapidated.. some are burned by homeless people.. the security guard told us, that they was bought by some guy, he is quite famous, but I don't know him, and they will be reconstructed. When - nobody knows.. I have photos, but they are sad..
There are MiGs, Su-27, helicopters..

I just notest that the wing has a diffrent design than the arrow but the plane its self looks like the arrow
