Again I fail at life I'm so sorry for no updates X_X Or updates like two times a year XD I blame Deannalee's hair it takes forever to do lineart and color.

Anyway I'll just get straight to the point XD

Next page has us covering the inevitable day. Anyone that read WoLaD like...the two people that have, knew that Deannalee and Teikaru eventually married. Here we see it from Akeme's perspective. The village celebrates, even Kashkie who was sent there to wait for the birth of Deannalee's special child, the Master of the Elements. They celebrate, and he just lingers as a depressive spirit, not a ghost, but hardly at peace. He still feels love for her, but cannot pay mind to that because he is just so worried about her.

Man what a feeling that is to care about someone, doesn't matter how, a parent, a sibling, a friend, a lover, but being unable to do a thing about it. Oh poor Akeme DX

He feels pain that warns of getting worse. He sees it in Deannalee when she continues to fawn for Kashkie, not knowing the reason she does is on the inside her own spirit, and even Akeme's desire for her to get away is secretly influencing her to seek out the one that can help her, one of the only ones that can, only it gets corrupted by her wanting to share in Kashkie's hidden power. As time goes on though, she wants him solely to save her, but it gets to the point where not even Kashkie can put a stop to the doom that is coming to them all.

Like the page says Teikaru's only happy...for now, while Casselina is slowly being influenced by evil darkness, which is eventually going to spell disaster for her and her daughter, heck, all of her people.

Again if you read WoLaD you'd know just how bad it's starting to get. Akeme's got no choice but to stay and watch. He could leave and go back to heaven, but the desire for her in his heart won't let her go. There's the desire to be near her, the desire to save her, and the desire to feel something, anything, in return, but sadness.

This is some heavy stuff isn't it? XD It's a sad comic but I enjoy writing it. Akeme and Deannalee are just a special couple for us. I've started one for another couple we share but...I'll have to figure out how to do these faster. The girl in that one has SLIGHTLY easier hair, but not by much DX

And I'll say this Gem added a LOT to the backgrounds this time, like the grass in the bottom left panel. She's just so amazing <3
