A comic to for the epilogue of this scenario! Apparently, Masked Hero's rash action when saving Stella led to a consequences bigger than he ever imagine: The Anti-Vigilante Act. Which would affect not only him, but also all superheroines and vigilantes in The City. He really should think before he punched an (evil) politician in the stomach

So, what this bill would change to The City? Not much, actually, because with or without it, the superheroines are going to get into trouble anyway However, I do want to expand their trouble to not only fighting against supervillains or monster or thugs, but also against the government agencies! Because what's better for superheroine-peril stories than more people who want them get captured, right?
