"All I need you to do is fill out this form, please, Ma'am" The mare at the desk of the orphanage smiled kindly as she pushed the piece of paper towards Amity Wish.Using her magic she filled everything out.
"Name of Child: Mocha Steam
Gender: Female
Age: 2 weeks old
Birth Date: 01/05
Species: Unicorn-bat pony
Biological parents (Optional): Spark Surge"
Amity Wish paused for a moment. She knew she didn't want her daughter to find her ever again, it was better off that way. Shaking her head out of her thoughts she wrote out the last part of the form before finally finishing it.
"Ardor Lust"
She handed the form back to the mare as she held the foal in her arms close to her chest, a tear dropping from her cheek.
The filly stirred slightly before Amity hushed her again.
"It's okay, baby. It'll all be okay" Amity hushed her little foal before putting her into the other mares arms.
The other mare smiled sweetly as she took her.
"You made the right decision, Ma'am. We'll take great care of her, I promise"
Amity nodded as she turned and left, getting one last glance of her baby before disappearing into the night.
