This is the companion piece to the other "Octahedron with Cuboctahedron"This time its a cuboctahedron inside of a cube, to show the one to one relationship between each of the 12 vertices of a Cuboctahedron and the mid points of each of the 12 edges of a cube. They are the same mid points as the 12 edges of an octahedron as well, hence they are 'duals' of each other.
I make these in 9" (shown) or 12" tall although if someone wanted these in a larger size for a hanging lamp just let me know.
