I have never been to NYC but I've heard you can see some crazy things on the Subways!
In this HO scale miniature I have a couple of guys carrying a ridiculously long roll of carpet through a subway door and try to navigate a hallway before the subway doors close. This gag is hidden way in the back of the miniature diorama, you have to know where to look to see it. The client loved it! No worries about glue on the floor that far back through the crowd but I was more careful in the hero front sections of the subway display.

...it begs the question: just who IS rolled up inside there??
