Description
This the lowest level of the Miniature HO Scale Subway, 2 levels below the street level. I built a zig zag tangle of pedestrian stairs and connector tunnels that allow passengers to transfer to the other subway tracks on the level above this one or to exit up to street level.

This entire miniature is lit by fiber optics and powered by a single high lumens LED flashlight (no heat, no fans & very bright) underneath the model frame. The Subway cars are based on antique cars from the earliest days of the Subway, and the vintage HO scale people are in turn-of-the-century period costume. All of the little electrical boxes and hardware on the gravel between the tracks are loose model parts, including some Legos that I hid way back in there painted all greasy & oily. The subway cars are also vintage car styles.

Spot the anachronism: The 1960s swing-lid trashcan should be an open wire basket ...oh well...

All I had was a tablet and I couldn't focus so the depth of field under low light isn't that good.
