Under the usual Extra Plus Mark II tactical armor system is a muscle suit powered by an isomer battery.The synthetic muscles are actually pretty powerful, but the isomer cell, the armor's titanium frame and ceramic plating top out at around 90 lbs, plus another 30 lbs for a regular loadout (gas mask, flak cape, canteen, ammo, rations, spade etc.). Subsequently, most of the energy added just goes to supporting the sheer weight of the external gear, allowing pretty normal movement, but with no exceptional gain in power.
While wearing EX2+ MkII's external armor increases survival ratings exponentially from it's extremely capable protection, sometimes soldiers on special assignments just use the muscle suit as is - giving them the abilities far beyond that of any 'normal' human.
Kinda like Spriggan.... which obviously has a lot of influence with me. So this is sort of a homage, since Riko's got the Orihalicon Knife that Yu uses in the manga XD
Old-ish drawing I decided to flesh out and color, since I'm having extreme difficulty coming up with anything new these days.

Your style reminds me of the time when everything was about Shogo. And that really brings tears to my eyes softly.
It's hard to find style like this nowadays so I'm definitely going to watch you - if you won't mind I'll also see if I can learn something from these drawings and copy a technique or two.

I stopped inking ages ago, I just do pencil sketches and markers that I tweak in photoshop to make them not like shit.

A kinematic recharging system would be able to bear the load to keep the battery away from continuous use and have it more available in stand-by mode.
Meaning that either she have a pressure or movement sensitive generator that produces a charge to the battery to keep it charged. Usually they can be as thin as a membrane and can either be placed on the shoe sole or possibly the skirt armor, the skirt is continuously being moved about as it brushes the legs, while the feet are in constant contact with a hard surface. Possible other areas are joints such as knee and elbows, since they always bend and are in constant movement.
Its like those self winding watches.
Such a system might be able to supplement the battery and additional 2-3 hours operating time and expand the user's operating range.
You could try Parade Colors armor! Those are usually vibrant!

The battery doesn't recharge, it gets thrown into a nuclear waste pit.
Such recharging systems are heinously inefficient. The most successful is a backpack that bounces up and down on springs, and can power a small AM radio.
Don't design my technology for me.
