The control layout is based a little on the revised controls for a Valkyrie from Macross- Control stick on the right armrest, throttle on the left. The display is fully enclosed- no glass at all. The image of the outside is relayed from a series of cameras to HD displays on the interior in a layout completely congruous to what would be outside - it's just like looking through bulletproof glass, but much clearer, with a lot of perks that come with electronic displays - zooming in on individual areas visually, changing spectrums seamlessly, tagging mulitple targets just through a combination of retinal trackers in the helmet and the mech's onboard tracking sub systems.

There are a lot more particular controls, they're just in front of her and I wanted to draw the pilot, not just a bunch of gadgets.

For the finishing touch... she's got her P90 duct-taped to the ejection seat.
