OwO It's DONE!

Sheesh. I think I need to slow down a little. This contest entry has been a work in progress for almost a week. In all though, probably would have taken about 8 hours total. This is an outfit I would like to see Lightning wear (and I'd like to cosplay. lol). It's cool, has neat colors, and has hints of previous outfits of hers as well as to Odin (the shoulder spike). The color choices were a tough call. I had 3 different color pallets that worked really well, but this one was the least common among the other entries so far. So yeah. Here's to originality!
