Hmm... I strongly believe that cards like this are a bad idea, especially when story-building, as readers will use them to argue points. Best to keep things qualitative only.
That said, I like the design, and the descriptions. If this were organized as a summary of ability without the letter grades, it would be a good addition to your files.

Been watching this guys review's www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjVkCr⦠has led me to wish for a set of GI-Joe/Cobra files done like the Oracle sets. Which would combine the elements from the shows, comics and movies, to form their own thing.
Just an idle thought but one I thought was worth sharing.Β

Cool, so is this the official Justice League files that they give to the government?
Also, many questions on this:
How does the Invisible Jet work, is it like a Romulan cloaking device where it's a field that's projected over the ship, a Marvel Shield level of cloaking where the hull is basically a bunch of tv screens that project what is going on on the other side of the ship, or is it a normal sort of stealth that hides you from radar and infrared and whatnot they have on current stealth jets?
Also, are Javelins normal with the League? Does Wayne Industries work with the League to make dozens of them (like in Justice League Unlimited) or do only certain members have jets (i.e. Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow) and the rest hitch rides with them or another Leaguer that can carry them (Any of the GLs, Superman, Doctor Fate)?
Also, Wonder Woman has only a C in intellect? I know there are uber-geniuses in the JL, like Michael Holt, Batman, even Waller maybe, but I feel like an inherent wisdom and ability to learn should be one of those gifts granted by her gods...and I also feel whoever listed her as a C is going to get a fist sized hole where his door used to be, and a visit from a certain C level intelligence superhero...π: 0 β©: 1
WW's jet is like a Romulan ship.
The League has three dedicated Javelins, WW has her own.
The Intellect grade measures her outdated upbringing as well... it is also good for the ARGUS Analyst that wrote it that the League doesn't see these... and the ratings aren't like a performance grade.

So it is like full invisibility, do the other Javelins have this ability or is it just the Invisible Jet? (also, Invisible Jet or Invisible Plane?)
Also, how do the Javelins work, does the JL have teleporters like the JLU or YJ, with the jets, or are the jets their only form of group transportation? Also, do you have any general idea of what they look like? Is it based off of he JL, or JLU cartoon, or what?
Also, let's hope Oracle doesn't come across the files them if she hacks ARGUS, forget illegal cloning experiments or stockpiling kryptonite, if Wonder Woman finds out she was listed as a C level intellect she will bury ARGUS

All things considered, C is good. F is below average, E is average person, D is above average or well educated/trained, C is exceptional, B is superb, and A is world-class.
They are not report card grades.

A superb asset? Anyone who can take out a small army almost single handedly and can knock out Superman with a punch is more than a superb asset. Usually I cringe when I read the Invisible Jet but, I like how you made it ultra high tech jet with stealth capabilities.

I am thinking it is one of her analyst lackies writing this for Waller. I feel Waller would know Batman's secret identity but play it close to her vest.

Truly a superb asset? yeah no kidding, and I like that they put could easily KO superman with one punch. You go girl! The tunnel vision comment does balance it out, amazons and battle you know. Education wise I am pleased they touched upon the age thing, as well as her eagerness to learn more, I always find that endearing.
