More than ONE kid? Ya know...Mia is their SECOND Child? She's only a teenager for pete's sake! For all we know, Mia could be their second kid after hte boy.
That or if he IS a mole, it's like in Young Justice and she's not even aware of it. If she is from the future,she could be a kid they had at a later date but got kidnapped by one of Super's old foes and put a mental block into her head by a time traveling villina like Chronos.

Here's an idea: Mia Kent is the "daughter" of Kara Zor-El and Lois Lane like how Connor Kent is the "son" of Clark Kent and Lex Luthor produced from the same experiments that Lex did to create Superboy.

Well, well well. Alternate timelines are a possibility, we know there are multiple earths and of course there is the whole fake memories trojan horse sleeper ploy but this is indeed an interesting development.
