Never would have thought that Bruce and Selena would be house-birth people, but I guess if they aren't married yet, the Gazette would certainly get a huge kick out of it, "Bruce Wayne and Catwoman have a child?!?"
That or it could be some Wayne-Tradition that Bruce is wanted to do with at least ONE of his biological kids.

1.) How long has it been since Bruce got his forearm shattered while undercover? Seems like he's holding his heiress with little discomfort.
2.) Selina must've been early in her pregnancy/didn't know she was when captured by Hush.

Bruce's forearm was hit in October. I imagined him holding Helena with one arm mostly... but he is almost fully recovered.
Expect to see Bruce don the cowl very soon.
