Description

Have you watched the Witcher on Netflix? I want to depict the characters’ reactions when they try coffee for the first time.
Size: 1024 pixels wide
-Jaskier though annoying was my favorite character because his sense of humor and especially fashion (though being a bard, he seems to have spent his life saving on all of his outfits, which is very reasonable for an artist)

-Do you know a Yennefer in your life? Did your first impression of her change or stay true when the show progressed?

-IMO, Geralt was played to perfection by #HenryCaville . All I could think of after the show ends was….hmmmmmmmmm. Hm. hm . In this illustration, to show respect to his coffee tasting experience, Geralt took his glove off.

+Do you drink coffee? And how bad is your addiction? I got off it for a while to prove to myself that I was ok without it. But again, it is high in antioxidants and it is my little reward for working long hours. ...Did you know that Pope Clement VIII (XVI century) upon taking a sip of java, he was so delighted that he declared “this devil’s drink is delicious. We should cheat the devil by baptizing it.”

Great piece! Loving the aqueous nature of the floating coffee.

I am on the cusp of playing Wild Hunt for the first time, as a total Witcher newb; why it's taken me this long, I don't know; I usually learn the hard way...

As for drinking coffee, you're absolutely right, it is high in anti-oxidants. And, the caffeine will fuel your artistry, so it's a win-win situation! Personally speaking, I'm pretty sure that my own work has been influenced by downing copious quantities of the cup that cheers; many's the time I've been drawing long into the night, and as of yet, I haven't fallen asleep at my desk.

I haven't actually seen anything Witcher related, to be honest. I'm going to start with Wild Hunt, and then perhaps migrate to the Netflix show; if I end up obsessing over the franchise (like I do with many others), I might even journey back in time and play the first two games... we shall see.

And, I concur. Perhaps we'd better leave caffeinated beverages on the menu for now.

*grins* From what I've seen so far, I bet it's one of those games that I'm really going to enjoy. I'm only four years late to the party... I hope that there's still some food left on the buffet!
