I must say that you did a great work. I want to use this style in my shell pack for windows. And i would be pleased if you allow me to name it Strata as you already named it.

can i use this for my win 7 shell creation?
I m writing a shell for win 7. Rest are grafix. Can i use this same style for that. And it would look same as appearing in this image.. (I hope so)

You should really start releasing it now.
You got that concept very long ago and there were no more releases yet than that one for WindowBlinds, so... DO IT!
I and I think sum more are still waiting for a NEW RELEASE.
Would be so cool if you could try doing that.

i know i know.
i woke up, thinking people checking my gallery every day ( not everyday maybe) in hope to see the release. and i know it takes a long time and i know that if i worked on it everyday i haven't there would be a version 1.5 already. the reasons i haven't worked on it for some time now is because i have many school project that had to be done, i had an excursion to france for one week, and i'm in the middle of th 4 graders exams. i cant find time to start my pc and not work on even more projects i have to finish after this week. but don't be dissapointed! this weekend, i have no homework and i can spent the following weeks on only my skin. it's nearly done but i have chosen the wrong time to start it...
also im turning up the quality everyday. i went from ugly to better and now im on best. and i still have to update some pictures. so that's also killing me.
expect it in one week.

If u can release one with the black orb and the clear one would be nice.
and the start menu feels a little out of place its not attached or aligned right..thats just my thought

yeah i'm making two versions
- one similar to the firefox 4.0 mockups with black start orb
- one thats like the one in the preview.
i tried moving the startmenu to the left corner to make it attached to the taskbar but that just isn't so simple with windowblinds.
so i have to apply some smart image moving techniques (

yes i could make a visual style BUT it will bring some limitations:
example: i would be unable to skin programs seperatly
plus, i don't know how to make visual styles YET. but i'm sure someone will help me make one

It's a concept so it's not really a skin yet, and it won't be realised very soon (and i'm planning to keep this one a little secret because, by showing this, it may look like i'm limiting the feedback to my other Strata skin by putting this on dA ( just like what L4D2 does to L4D), but i don't want that to happen)
you can put it on your site when its a Alpha skin or beta

Yes, There will be a Visual skin,
BUT it won't look like this, because making a visual style has some limitations so you'll see a different window frames etc.
