Description
Settings to have all of your panels floating.I had sooo much difficulty finding this ;__; Keeping this here in case something happens to my comp down the road.Note; Make sure to keep the original settings saved somewhere in case you want to change it back. Make sure Sai is closed when you do this!

I recommend watching the vid too. Very helpful information on brush settings, color and the sliders.
Directions
1. Go to where you installed Sai Paint tool in My Computer.
2. Open Up Misc.ini with Notepad.
3. Change the settings you have to what’s in the above image
4. Save the document, close it.
5. Go to “start-sai.exe” to open sai (will make the changes take effect).
Done~

I think this doesn't work if you have the wrong version of SAI. It needs to be version 1.1 (or higher) to work, I think. Unfortunately I can't upgrade my SAI at the moment so I'll just have to deal with the locked docks :'D

I'm not sure what is causing your specific problem, but you may not be the computer's admin. If the file is in the programx86 files the computer will not allow you to make changes to the file unless you are the admin, or unless you are acting as the admin.

I just had this problem and the funny thing is, I was the admin lol. There's a solution to this but I can't even explain how to do this. xD

1) Open the folder where your Sai is
2) Right click on the file 'misc' (it is a .ini file) and open it with the notepad
3) Scroll down to the section under 'Popup panels'
4) Change 'PopupPanels = 0' and 'PopupNavigator = 0' to 'PopupPanels = 1' and 'PopupNavigator = 1' instead
(In binary '0' means 'off' and '1' means 'on', you are essentially manually turning on these features of the program.)
