Description
Settings to have all of your panels floating.I had sooo much difficulty finding this ;__; Keeping this here in case something happens to my comp down the road.Note; Make sure to keep the original settings saved somewhere in case you want to change it back. Make sure Sai is closed when you do this!

I recommend watching the vid too. Very helpful information on brush settings, color and the sliders.
Directions
1. Go to where you installed Sai Paint tool in My Computer.
2. Open Up Misc.ini with Notepad.
3. Change the settings you have to what’s in the above image
4. Save the document, close it.
5. Go to “start-sai.exe” to open sai (will make the changes take effect).
Done~

you need to have easy paint tool sai i think, that version also has transparent background options

Go to your search for the entire computer.
Type in "misc.ini" and open it
Press (simultaneously) the "ctrl" key and the "F" key
Type in "popup panels" in the find box and search
Replace the "0" next to the PopupNavigator and PopupPanels with "1"
That should be it! If it doesn't work out let me know!

it doesn't work out xD you know i have 2 programs for SAI and in the other where i have textures and stuff this works but i don't really like to use that one because i can't roll the canvas with my tablet's trundle or what is it called, some tablets have it like mine and it works for zooming but not for horizontal rolling you get what im saying? xD so if you have some solution for that to be fixed then it's fine with me if this method doesn't work for the other one :/

I had the same problem!
If you have a shortcut for SAI on your desktop, then you can right click it, and click "Open file location" and find the misc.ini from the folder that SAI is in. c:

you need to run start-sai.exe (its has a green start button icon) for all the files to update! the sai.exe does not update all the text files etc, even if you have made changes, they wont register until you run the other exe. they should both be in the same folder!
