LOL, first tutorial. x___X;; *hopes its not that bad* xDwell, Emma (~EmmalovesEdwardxxx ) and I were talking, and since she was having trouble with photoshop, I told her I'll ake a tutorial for her. So, I made this one. xD This is how I make rainbows in photoshop. It's pretty simple and (hopefully) easy-to-follow.
