What can I say?I was tempted to commission !DracheaRannak to draw me a new sailor generator base and just do the coding and somebody else had the same idea! Now I'm just floored by the beauty of this generator. I wish I knew how to program in flash... Seems so much more elegant!
My first reaction was: Wow, no need for me to update SailorXv2 anymore... But then I realized that this generator is missing quite a few options that SailorXv2 has (and vice versa) so I suppose SailorXv2 is not obsolete yet.
But looking at these beautiful graphics makes me want to start from scratch again... My art has improved so much again since I started SailorXv2 that I'm beginning to see lots of flaws...
EDIT [April 2013] I have decided that I will move on to SailorXv3. Not any time soon so hold your questions, but especially with the new anime coming soon I will certainly enjoy it. And I hope to be starting a programming course soon so the next SailorX release will be exactly what I want it to be! Multiple poses and expressions, princess gowns and most of all better artwork!

The art for this piece is by *dolldivine and =DracheaRannak , not ~SailorXv2 ! But it is pretty--it's pretty neat that Sailor Eissa lives on in a new style!

The new sample? All samples are from v2. But I'll look into creating a new base and see what you guys think of it.

I really like all the options V2 has and despite the very pretty art, the Flash Generator is very limited and has little colours. So, personally, I'd love to see V2 grow... and if you can copy the coding of V2 to a V3, I wouldn't object to that as well

ItΒ΄s difficult. I really like V2, but I know how annoying it can be working on a set when you're not satisfied with the art any more. But if I'm honest, I'd use V2 more than the flash game.
So my vote would be V2. Maybe a few more eye styles, though XP

That's one of the things I want to do, but because of the way I did SXv2 it's really hard to do. More eye styles/faces would have to come in SXv3.

I wouldn't copy the code. I'd take the opportunity to make things better. But it would go a lot faster this time because I'd plan things ahead, probably even finishing all artwork before even starting to code anything.
The main delays are caused when I realize that the new idea I have for something means I have to redo the menu or something like that. It's annoying as hell!

I have to agree with Kittyocean, while this is stunningly beautiful and detailed I'm pretty stuck on v2 myself. I don't know much about Flash myself either but if there is a way to keep the coding of v2 and apply it to v3 then I'd say go for it.
