I think overall it is excellent. THe colors the shading, the quality of the art itself, it could appear in a comic book. I really dig it and am personally a huge fan of gender transformation. Especially with superheroes, it's fun to play with gender if only because of the differences between a man's super suite and a woman's super suite. Heck, can he even web sling like that? I think you did a very good job and just need to take your time with the transformation itself because Peter trying to deny and fight the reality of becoming a woman will probably be the best part of the story.

Body and coloring look great.
In my opinion the arms look too short and the eyes are too far away from each other.

WOW that pose is fantastic. I would keep experimenting with color and shading, I agree the colors are a bit muted but I just prefer bright colors so I guess its a taste thing? Could use a bit more contrast but im just being nitpicky. Keep it up!

Your shading on the fabric of her costume is excellent, especially the shiny blue, though the colors you're using still seem a bit muted, particularly the red.

I actually muted the red out of personal preference. I prefer the color scheme

In that case your art is pretty much spot-on at the moment. The shading of the skin does look a bit off to me, but that could just be the skin tone or lighting you used.
