Description
Windows 11 has just been released, and with it there's finally a new design layout of the File Explorer.
No longer do we have the complex ribbon from the Windows 8 days, but rather a return to a simplified command bar reminiscent of the Windows Vista and Windows 7 era, 15 years back!

It's still the same File Explorer though below the command bar, and that's what I'd like to change with the following:

- Entire window body to use new Mica material to see through to wallpaper
- Navigation Pane integrated into the window similar to Settings
- Rearrangement of core navigation locations, and Recycle Bin placement at bottom of pane
- Relocation of file command bar to the files component of the window, as this relates directly to these components
- Prominent "breadcrumb bar" navigation
- Search located in Navigation Pane to maintain consistency and become one of the core "navigation locations"

Still a work in progress, the files component still could do with some work, but this was easier than I thought as Windows 11 is actually heading the right direction!
