Methinks Near has a little crush... Linda doesn't seem interested in Matt at all, but he seems oblivious; poor guy. XD; Mello, meanwhile, is too much of a cynic to even join in on the conversation, and doesn't catch on that Near left because Linda was coming over.

As usual, the expressions are so well-done and funny! I really like Linda's face in that last panel, Matt's grin in the past few, and Mello's just about everywhere. The comment about the only greens Matt eats being Mountain Dew cracked me up, too. XD

Oh! well i didn't mean for it to come across that Mello still didn't realize that's why Near left when Linda popped in, more that he was pissed that Near didn't warn them too. :S sorry for the ambiguity there...
thanks! hehehe i found this comic sort of thing where the artist has really, truly amazing expressions, and i've been trying to sort of take tips from her work...maybe i should post a link.
